  Good shows. Theatre getting run down. Young kids mostly who are rude during movies. No staff to deal with this issue. Needs to be improved.

  Never going to this theatre again. My pregnant self along with my nieces and senior mom were in the elevator when the metal mesh of the elevator fell on us. It narrowly missed most of us but got my 6 year old niece. The mesh was huge and metal mind you. Luckily she walked away with a few scratches on her head and we used ice throughout the movie to keep it from swelling. She complained of it hurting all night and wasn't able to sleep on that side of her head. The manager was quick and swift to do an incident report and apolize. Unfortunately the guy above him the general manager didn't seem as genuine. He offered a Bandaid rather than asking me what I thought she needed. Offering a simple Bandaid seemed to minimize her injury which I understand he'd want to do to take off all liability from his hands. I quickly told him to provide ice so it didn't swell. He also offered her a little candy which could be bought at the dollar store. The manager on thee other hand offered us popcorn on the house. And offered a refund a few movie passes. The manager was amazing but the general managers responses lacked sympathy. A metal mesh should not be falling on people ever. He said it may not have been fitted in probably. No duh Sherlock I could have told you that. Not returning to this theatre ever and will be looking at a follow up report to ensure this does not happen to others.
