  Worse service and worse shwarma ever. The guy didn't know how to even prepare appetizers off the menu.

  How is it possible to have no pitas at villa madina? I was told no pitas hence no chicken shawarma sandwich at pickering town centre location today. Isn`t that like Tim Horton`s saying they don`t have coffee, or McDonald`s not having big macs?

  Good afternoon, I am email you regarding the EXTERMLY POOR experience at the Pickering Town Center on September 1st (12:00 pm). I have order from Villa Madina, a handful of times in the past couple months as I am not able to eat a lot of carbs, and you have great options. As I stood in line of 3 people for 15 minutes, not being addressed in anyway (a good afternoon would of been fine). Seeing the first person in line was returning their BLACK burnt meat from the special. I stood there to see the young lady behind the counter 'roll her eyes and suck her teeth' at a simple question "can I please have some different beef, mine is burnt." The costumer was then presented with her meal placed in a aggressive matter on the counter and no concern on the matter from the staff. As I wait still, with no communicating the second costumer happened to be in a walker. As being a older lady it was difficult to hear what she wanted. There was NO effort in the matter of helping or showing customer service in the matter. As the lady preparing the food went through the motions. Standing behind the lady ordering her food I could hear her saying "Can I have some beets please." This was missed several times from the lady preparing the food. I kindly asked "Can she please have some beets with her meal", I was looked up and down and shot a very dirty look. I stood at the counter now by myself, waiting to be served as the staff took their time approaching me. I asked for the Beef Shawarma with no potatoes and some extra salad (I have been able to receive this every time I have ordered from Villa). I was told "No, it comes with potatoes. You can't get extra salad." I tried to explain myself and had mentioned that I have been able to order it before, this didn't seem to be an issue to the young lady and in no matter was she nice about the issue. I proceeded to ask for a manager, to be told "No, there isn't one." The cook came from the back and seemed to be on board with this issue, and it didn't seem to faze him on how rude this staff was to the customers. As she started to raise her voice at me in the middle of the mall, a young man came out asking what was wrong and if he could help (claiming he was the manager). I proceeded to tell him what the issue was. As I was explaining myself the young lady started yelling at me "Swear on your GOD on your GOD your MOTHER, I did that!" not once about six times. I started to get upset and told her I wasn't doing of swearing on anything and she replied "That's why your like that and rolled her eyes." I informed them , I would NEVER come back and I'd make sure I let as many people as I can about this extremely poor experience at Villa Madina.
