  The staff mixed up my smoothie for coffee and my cream cheese bagel for a poppey seed bagel with strawberry jam.

  This Tim Hortons has fast service. Fast service means at times the quality of service is not great. It has been on 3 different occasions where my order has been incorrect. This morning I was running late and it being the closest to the hwy I went through the drive through. It was rush hour and I understand they are trying to do their best to provide good quick service so there is not a long line up of cars. When I got up to the window, the staff tried to school me on how to tap my debit card...Hmm..ok..lol. Im on the hwy took a sip of what I bought and realized they gave me the wrong drink and food order. I hve come to the realization, even if I am in a rush.I will not be going back to this particular Tim's!! Wrong food order and staff is not very pleasant.

  Busy at times and the drive though lines r long but good coffee and great staff.

  Avoid the drive thru at night because they'll probably get your order wrong. And if you're lucky, they'll argue with you when you go back and try to get them to fix it.
